This site contains some general information about Kalkan and the apartment; however, the apartment is currently only available for use by family and friends.

A spacious and airy 2nd floor duplex apartment with wonderful west facing views over the sea and mountains, situated in a quieter part of town. It is 15 minutes walk from the centre of picturesque Kalkan village with its rooftop restaurants and local boutiques, and 10 minutes from Kalamar Beach Club with its scuba diving and water sports. There is a friendly local cafe, supermarket and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

There are 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite). Each room has its own balcony and there is a separate jacuzzi bathroom/shower/toilet. The living and dining area is spacious with a large balcony, suitable for outdoor dining and the kitchen is fully equipped. Much of the furniture is hand made with local wood and the apartment has internet access. On the top floor there is 1 single and 1 twin bedroom (both en suite) and also a very large roof terrace with traditional Turkish style seating and sunbeds and glorious views over Kalamar bay and mountains beyond. The gentle breeze means very few mosquitoes! The pool area is spacious and the pool is approximately 8-9 metres long, shared with the other two apartments.  The building is surrounded by a beautiful garden.

The area surrounding Kalkan is full of history with good day trips available, and the ‘Lazy Day Boat Trip’ is not to be missed. Nearby Patara beach offers miles of white sand and an archaelogical site dating from the Lycian period. There is plenty more within easy reach to explore including Tlos, Saklikent gorge and the market towns of Kas and Fethiye.

The nearest airport is Dalaman which is less than two hours away and pick ups are easily organised.
